Partners David Stewart (Davidson College Class of 1994), Michael Orlando (Davidson College Class of 2001), and Greg Fallon (Catawba College Class of 1993) formed the Stewart Group in 2009, combining their rich experience in commercial and residential real estate with their passion for their community.

Our size, while small compared to other firms, is one of our biggest assets as it allows us to be creative, responsive, engaged, and proactive at every stage of the process. TSG Commercial maintains a $30,000,000 portfolio of investment properties in and around Davidson, and completed $13,000,000 in transactions in 2016 alone. Investment projects include Stowe’s Corner, Davidson Commons, Davidson Hall, and Northcross Business Park.
